Testimonials & Feedback: Yovany

(The tattooing) went amazing thank you. I have to say the entirety of the day was excellent and I’m sure you’ve heard this before but Yovany does great work. I also have to say that the entire staff in Toronto helps make the time spent in a chair quite entertaining.

I had my 3rd tattoo piece done today by Yovany. I just wanted to write a quick note to say that I enjoyed my experience (other then the pain). He is a great artist and a talented tattooer. I plan on getting more work done by him in the near future.

Just like to let you know that I’ve recommended Yovany and your shop to friends and family.

Have a good summer.

Paper Cranes (Leg Tattoo)

Background:
This tattoo was done to represent the client’s special people in her life. While initials were part of the original plan, the client and Hania both went with having each crane representing a specific person.

Father Portrait (Back Tattoo)

Background:
Continuation piece – the first sitting was the portrait of the client’s father. The second sitting involved adding more realistic elements, including the jacket, hand, and horse racer. Later, he plans to add in a forest with birds flying around, and finishing up the horse racing piece. Exceptional shading details!

Hand of a Zombie (Forearm tattoo)

Background:
The main cook from Craft Burger was back for an additional tattoo to compliment her heartogram tattoo. She first came with the idea of a skeleton key, and after speaking with Peter, they went ahead and added a zombie hand around it to match the heartogram.

Work in Progress: Dragon & Flowers (Full colour sleeve tattoo)

Background:
This tattoo is about 80% complete and has a large purple dragon from the shoulder to the wrist, with flowers around the end of the forearm. There are still a few more flowers to fill in along the inside of the arm – will get detailed shots when it’s complete!

Sylvia Ji Hooded Portrait (Chest tattoo)

Background:
Originally from the Halifax area, our client came in originally looking for a potrait tattoo of a hooded skeleton. Peter talked him into going for something less common and drew a Sylvia Ji inspired figure in a hood. More to come from this piece.
