Tigger to Flowers Cover Up (Upper Back Tattoo)

Background: Tigger from Winnie the Pooh is looking a little faded, and needed a complete overhaul. Yovany first sketched out a bouquet of flowers and covered it up with a bright and colourful piece. Can’t even see the little tiger anymore. By Yovany Cabanas.

Sun to Sweet Pea Flowers Cover Up (Back Tattoo)

Background: The original tattoo was a sun that was a little unbalanced, so she asked Yovany to do a cover up on it. He went over top of it with some sweet pea flowers, with vibrant purple colours. She plans to come in to have colour added to the stem, in order to fully cover up the original tattoo. By Yovany Cabanas.

Floral Cover Up w/ Celtic Symbol (Shoulder & Chest Tattoo)

Background: The client, who had previously done a Celtic symbol on his chest with Yovany, came back to add a colourful floral design to cover up an existing tattoo on his shoulders. You may have seen this tattoo before! By Yovany.

Background:
More pieces to this tattoo have been added since the last time we blogged about it, including the rays of light, the dove, a goddess, and other components. He plans to return to continue this piece, and we fully expect more to be added soon!

Work in Progress: Heart with Wings Cover Up (Lower Back Tattoo)

Background:
This heart with wings was originally done a while back by another artist. Yovany, as seen above, was able to outline what he was going to change and applied a realistic heart with colour, new wings, and will come back to complete the tattoo with colour.

Work in Progress: Father’s Portrait (Full Back Tattoo)

Background: A continuation to a massive back piece with his father as the centre piece, more components were added. The theme is based on his father’s interests, including horse racing, hunting, and nature. Added was an eagle and other birds across the top, with exceptional detail. Anchor & Gems (Foot Tattoo)
